The Missing Link In Your Holistic Healing Program

The word "holistic" embraces our body, mind and spirit levels of health and healing. We now know that the physical body often heals more quickly and completely when we include the mental/emotional and spiritual components of an illness.

But did you know that one of these three levels may be more dominant in you than the other two levels?

...that by focusing your healing efforts on your "strong suit" you will heal faster?

...that your dominant level, your healing strength, is your key in keeping you healthy as well as in healing you from an accident or illness?

Over 25 years of energy work and over 30 years of holistic health studies have shown me that each individual is predominantly a

* physical self-healer or a

* mental self-healer or a

* spiritual self-healer

and, on rare occasion, a combination of two with one being stronger.

I call these our "HEALING AFFINITIES."

Certain therapeutic modalities and practices belong to each category. When you plan a healing regimen for yourself, your primary focus should be on those therapies most closely matching to your self-healing affinity or type. To maintain a high level of wellness, you need to include matching therapies or practices on a regular basis.

For example, spiritual self-healers do well with homeopathy, prayer and aromatherapy, among others, but do poorly with prescription medications and deep tissue work.

These days, the choices in alternative medicine are overwhelming. It's easy to "try something new" and find it of little value -- not because of the therapy or the practitioner, but because the therapy does not match your self-healing affinity type.

Knowing your healing type is invaluable -- not only for healing and keeping yourself healthy, but so that others will be able to honor your choices and be supportive on your healing journey. It is very appropriate for a physical self-healer to take medication. But if he is living with a spiritual self-healer (for whom medications may be of little benefit, if not harmful), there may be a conflict that not only interferes with the progress of the physical self-healer but also hurts the relationship.

Now you can find out what your healing affinity is and get a list of therapies designed to work most effectively with your type and the types of your family members. You can also get recommendations on how to use this knowledge to keep yourself healthy, to maintain a high level of wellness. Not everyone does well with jogging. Not everyone does well with yoga. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to health and healing.

I've developed a technique that reveals this information and have used it in my practice with great results. When my clients know their type, they are empowered to make the correct choices for themselves and have more success in their healing journeys.

"Cheryl's information was an eye-opener.

It explained so much, and I knew immediately

that it was correct." -- R.F., New Jersey
